1. About the Platform

InkedBooking is a platform connecting clients with tattoo artists. We act as intermediaries in scheduling tattoo sessions, facilitating communication, quotes, and bookings.

2. Booking Fee

⚠️ IMPORTANT: When reserving a session, the client pays a booking fee based on the total estimated value. This fee is NON-REFUNDABLE after artist confirmation. The remaining balance is settled directly with the artist on the day of the session.

3. Cancellation Policy

If the client cancels: the booking fee is not refunded
If the artist cancels: the client will be redirected to another artist at no additional cost
No-show: the booking fee is retained

4. Anti-Fraud

False complaints for refunds will result in permanent ban. Attempts to arrange services outside the platform after initial contact will be tracked.
