Your information is used exclusively to: process your reservation, connect you with a matched artist, communicate booking updates via email or WhatsApp, and improve the platform experience. We never sell your data to third parties.
Reservations are processed via manual bank transfer (PIX for Brazil, Wise for international). InkedBooking does not store your banking credentials, card numbers, or financial account details. Payment proof uploaded during checkout is stored securely and used solely for verification.
We use first-party cookies and localStorage to remember your language and currency preferences. These are functional cookies only — we do not use third-party tracking cookies or advertising pixels.
We use first-party analytics to understand how visitors use the site (page views, navigation patterns). No personally identifiable information is shared with external analytics providers.
Your booking information (name, email, WhatsApp, preferences) is shared only with the artist matched to your reservation. We do not share data with advertisers, data brokers, or unrelated third parties.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us. We will respond within 30 days. Note that deleting booking data may affect active reservations.
We retain booking data for the duration of the active reservation plus 12 months for support and dispute resolution. After that period, data is anonymized or deleted.
